• There are several schools of thought about hotel accommodations.I have been a guide in Sri Lanka for 14 years, and I have found that customers are of two types - the planners and the free spirits.I prefer to let the customers tell me how they want to handle this.I am more than happy to make hotel suggestions based on your needs and budget.Some of my mid-range hotels are local home stays (that include breakfast) and many of these hotels will not have a website.That being said, you can also go online and find many choices available in every price range.

 

• If you are one that likes to have a set plan, then I suggest you book hotels online.If you are more free-spirited, I can usually get very good rates, at the last minute, on the day of arrival.My discounted rates are 'stand-by' rates.Always very good.But it is also probable that you will find very good choices available to book online.

 

• However, how you wish to handle your hotels is entirely up to you.I do ask that you let me know your plans before your arrival so that I can make my arrangements accordingly.
