DAY 01

Pinnawala - Kandy

• Airport pick up and transfer to Kandy

• En route, visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, feed and bathe baby elephants in the river

• Next stop will be at the Spice Gardens

• Continue the drive to Kandy

• Dinner, Overnight in Kandy

 

DAY 02

Kandy

• Departure from Hotel in Kandy

• Take a stroll through the Royal Botanical Gardens

• We will make a stop where you can buy local handicrafts.

• View of the city from the lake, with many photo opportunities

• Late afternoon, we will visit the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy

• Later, we will enjoy a traditional Kandyan (dance) performance

• Overnight in Kandy

 

DAY 03

Nuwara eliya

• Early morning departure from Kandy hotel / 7:00 - 7:30 AM

• First stop will be at Ramboda waterfalls, with time for lunch

• Later, we will visit a Tea Plantation and working tea factory, where you can pick tea leaves (if you wish)

• After that, we will explore beautiful and lush Nuwara Eliya, known as "Little England".

• Overnight in Nuwara Eliya

 

DAY 04

Ella

• Ride the famous train from Kandy to Ella / 9:30 AM

• Arrive in Ella; visit Little Adams Peak

• Visit Nine Arch Bridge

• Visit Ravana Falls

• Overnight in Ella
